Our company started its orcharding activities with the trial orchards it established in 2012. As a result of these trials, investment plans were created by measuring the regional performance of different fruit varieties. A modern orchard facility was established in 2016 and fruit production began with an annual target of 15,000 tons as a first step.
Regularly constructing more orchard facilities in line with its investment plans, Bala Tarım aims to become one of the leading brands of Turkey in this field.
Apples
Thanks to the climate and geographical conditions of the region where our company is located, 12 different varieties of apples can be produced in an area of 3,000 decares.
Pears
Our company, which produces 2 different varieties of apples in an area of approximately 160 decares, can carry out high quality production thanks to the modern orcharding methods it applies.
Wired cultivation system, which enables professional orcharding, is the best method used for laying the net cover, carrying the fruit load and suspending the irrigation system.
Net covers are very important as they protect fruits from the full haulms and provide the necessary shading required by different varieties of fruit plants.
In this way, our company adds value to our country’s agriculture by producing high quality fruits suitable for export.

The quality of our products is documented through inspections carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry every year.
Data such as soil and air temperature, humidity, pressure, wind, solar radiation are recorded with the help of the stations and the sensors connected to them and our production process is dynamically adapted against possible diseases and pests thanks to our early warning system.
